Oversee the daily operations of a large-scale automated Customer Fulfillment Center (CFC) in Auburn. Ensure achievement of KPIs across safety, productivity, customer satisfaction, team collaboration, and financial efficiency. Collaborate with the Leadership team to develop and nurture a positive culture, maximizing reliability and performance of automated eCom fulfillment.
WooliesX has made a significant investment in their automated fulfillment capability. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our first ever large scale automated Customer Fulfillment Centre. The primary focus will be on ensuring the attainment of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to:
- Safety
- Productivity
- Customer Satisfaction
- Team Collaboration
- Financial Efficiency
- Overall Operational Performance
What you’ll do
Accountable for operational performance including:
- Achieving key targets in safety, throughput, costs, and profitability.
- Delivery of site P&L, including continuous improvements to deliver improved results year on year.
- Leading and contributing to strategy development, target setting, and performance improvement across the CFC.
- Leading and supporting implementation, innovation, and the embedding of continuous improvement opportunities.
- Able to support and build sustainable business continuity planning management.
What you’ll bring
Passionate operational leader with exceptional relationship and team building capabilities, who can drive a Customer 1st and Team 1st culture. Proven experience in managing a multi-skilled dynamic team across multiple shifts within a 24hr, 7 days per week operation. Experience includes:
- Retail, manufacturing, or large scale supply chain leadership experience.
- A successful track record of operational delivery and building successful teams in a highly visible area of operation.
- Experience working in a highly regulated environment.
